I don’t have a set method for gathering imagery. I work primarily with natural light, and I don’t work with staged scenarios. I’ll find a locale that interests me and I’ll walk through the area, photographing anything and everything from several different angles. On occasion, I’ll revisit a site at a different time of day, even a different time of year in order to get a another take on the lighting. Call me an impulse shooter if you wish. But there is a definite madness to my method. Oh, and there’s more imagery to be seen…right on down below. Click on any image and you’ll be taken to a nice slide-show of the images in a larger size. And please do keep in mind that what you see here is but a very small sample of my collection. If you’d like to see more, much more of my work, well, stroll on over to http://www.jaigieesephotoart.com and have your own self a good, long look. Did I mention that everything on that website is for sale? Right now that’s prints of several sizes and kinds, all printed on premium Red River papers. I’ve made some significant changes – including a complete rework of the website, built around a Shopify storefront. I’ve begun with a very basic set-up, but new and different and nifty things will come in time. You’ll also find my images in my Facebook shop – https://www.facebook.com/JaiGieEsePhotoArt/?fref=ts – and on my Pinterest page – https://www.pinterest.com/jaigieese/what-i-see/.
